She/Her/Hers
Graduate Intern supervised by Heather Murphy, LPC-S
“Growth happens in connection.” – Jean Baker Miller
Who I am:
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply longing for change, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it alone. My role is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. There’s no judgment here, no pressure to be anything other than yourself. All parts of you are welcome.
I believe we heal and thrive when we feel understood and valued and that growth is a lifelong process. Counseling isn’t about fixing you; it’s about walking alongside you as you explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, strengths, and possibilities that help you move toward the life you want.
Working with me means stepping into a collaborative relationship built on curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for your unique story, identity, and lived experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking clarity and confidence, I’ll support you in finding hope and connection.
Who I Work With:
I work with individuals, couples, and children from all backgrounds and identities. My clients bring a wide range of experiences—anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and more. Whatever your story, my goal is to meet you where you are and empower you to move toward healing and growth.
No one heals alone. We heal in community, in connection, in relationship.
Education & Training:
I’m an LPC Intern and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Saybrook University. My training is grounded in evidence-based counseling techniques and a commitment to cultural humility and ongoing learning.
Outside the office, I find joy in art, reading, and board games, especially over a good cup of coffee with friends. I love spending time with my two cats, who remind me daily of the importance of play and presence.
