We work with all sorts of people from all walks of life with a variety of issues. We see individuals, couples and families. We work with adults, adolescents, and children ages 10+. We even offer groups.
We treat eating disorders, relationship with food/weight, and body image issues, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, trauma, stress management, parenting and life adjustments, sexuality and LGBT+, changes in relationships such as marriage, divorce, loss of loved ones and grief. We have a diverse team that has years of experience working with clients on just about everything.
We use therapy approaches that are researched and shown to have successful outcomes. These approaches include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing.

Counseling
Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy using a variety of modalities online and in-person.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is effective for high-functioning individuals, families, and couples, but it can also be a valuable tool in intensive outpatient treatment plans.
