Your Journey Starts Here

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, you’ve already taken an important first step by being here.

I believe lasting change begins when we feel understood – not judged. Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about understanding the patterns that have shaped you, recognizing which ones continue to serve you, and choosing which ones no longer define the person you want to become.

Together, we’ll create a space where curiosity replaces criticism, where difficult conversations become opportunities for growth, and where you can begin building a life that feels more connected, intentional, and authentic.

My Therapeutic Approach:

No two people experience life in exactly the same way, so I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all.

My worked is informed by Transactional Analysis, Attachment Theory, Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2. These approaches allow us to explore not only what you’re experiencing today, but also the relationship patterns, beliefs, and life experiences that continue to influence how you see yourself, connect with others, and respond to life’s challenges.

“The quality of your relationships determines the quality of your life.” – Esther Perel

Rather than simply focusing on reducing symptoms, I enjoy helping clients understand the deeper patterns beneath them. Whether we’re navigating relationship conflict, rebuilding confidence, processing life’s transitions, or working through longstanding emotional struggles, my goal is to help you build greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and confidence in your ability to move forward.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. My hope is that you’ll feel heard, challenged when appropriate, and supported as we work together toward the changes that matter most to you.

Education & Training:

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston.

I also earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University. My lifelong fascination with understanding human behavior, relationships, and the ways people create meaning from their experiences continues to shape both my clinical work and my approach to therapy.

In addition to my graduate training, I have completed Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2 training and remain committed to ongoing professional development so I can continue providing thoughtful, evidence-informed care.

A Little About Me:

Outside of counseling, I enjoy staying active, playing and following sports, and writing. Writing has become one of my favorite ways to reflect and explore the experiences that shape who we are. I value lifelong learning, meaningful relationships, and maintaining balance in my own life, and I strive to bring that same curiosity, authenticity, and presence into every therapeutic relationship.
