Helping you break down walls and reclaim the life you deserve—with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach tailored just for you.

Life can be challenging, leaving you feeling stuck, powerless, or boxed in. I’m here to help you find the tools within yourself to break down those walls. Together, we’ll work toward reclaiming the life you deserve.

In our sessions, I focus on collaboration and authenticity, creating a plan that aligns with who you are as an individual. I take a casual, down-to-earth approach, incorporating humor and everyday language to make our space relaxed and approachable. With compassion and a person-centered approach, I aim to provide a comfortable, validating environment free from judgment—where you can feel empowered, balanced, and ready to overcome whatever might be holding you back.

I specialize in supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate life transitions, whether it’s the loneliness of being new in town, the stress of launching into adulthood, or relationship challenges. I also enjoy working with teens and their guardians to develop skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance. It’s an honor for me to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, and questions around emotional identity.

Since everyone is unique, I tailor my approach to fit you, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered models to create a path toward growth. The journey may be challenging, but I consider it a privilege to support you on your path to growth and empowerment. When you’re ready, let’s take that first step together toward reclaiming the life you deserve.

About Me:

Hey there! I’m a University of Houston–Clear Lake alum, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology (class of 2020) and a Master’s in Family Therapy (2024). I’m currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate #205539, working under the supervision of the amazing Bianca V. Vincent, LMFT-S #202682.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me diving into a horror movie (the cheesier, the better), trying to keep up with some sort of workout, laughing at cringe-worthy reality competition shows, or giving my best shot at cooking something delicious. Here’s hoping that one day, the kitchen gods will smile upon me!
