LPC Associate supervised by Heather Murphy, LPC-S

I understand the anxiety, pressure, and information overload placed on individuals today at work, home, and in society. I look through the perspective of my clients to better understand the issues they face to help them improve their psychological mental health through a strong therapeutic relationship.

Life is a journey, and we often encounter curveballs.

Who I Do:

I am an empathetic and solutions-oriented therapist who believes in empowering my clients. I provide a client-centered therapy approach to help my clients achieve their goals. The relationship with your therapist is a key factor in your therapy process. Therefore, I do my best to foster a trustful, supportive therapeutic relationship, and safe environment with my clients. I will listen without judgement to help you explore and get in touch with your emotions and cognitive ability. Your goals are important to me, and we will work collaboratively to navigate possible solutions to achieve these goals. I have found that assisting a client to fill their life skills toolbox with healthy tools is an excellent way to resolve personal concerns on a long-term basis.
