Navigating the complexities of our modern world can be a challenging endeavor, often leaving us in need of support and empathy on our journey. I aspire to be that guiding presence as we co-author the narrative of your life, embracing the opportunities for personal growth and transformation.
Nurturing humans and fostering well-being for all.
Therapy, much like life itself, is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. With a client-centered and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe and welcoming space for you to express your truest self and consider different perspectives. It’s within this authentic connection that healing and personal development take root.
I’ve had the privilege of assisting individuals of various ages (15-adult), couples, families/parent child relationships, LGBTQIA+ community, and the BIPOC community.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your experiences and develop strategies that foster happiness and healthier relationships. I invite you to reach out to our agency today to schedule an initial appointment. Taking this initial step requires courage and commitment, and I commend you for embarking on this journey of self-discovery.
Each of us carries a unique collection of life experiences that molds how we engage with ourselves and the world. Some behaviors that once served as protective measures can, over time, become obstacles in our current lives. In my therapy approach, I embrace an experiential and strengths-based philosophy. This involves a mind body connection and being feelings focused. While also honoring the resiliency you’ve displayed in adapting to adversities.
Here are just a few of the presenting concerns I work with:
- Conflict
- Communication
- Stress/Burnout
- Work/School Avoidance
- Grief and Loss
- Self-Esteem
- Sexuality and Gender Identity
- Trauma
- Anxiety and Depression
- Life Transitions

Education & Training
I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Houston Clear-Lake. Where I had clinical experience working in intensive in-home therapy at The Sanctuary Foster Care Services and outpatient therapy at Relate Therapy. I have experience using the Gottman method for relationships, Internal Family Systems, and motivational interviewing as tools to create change.
I grew up in multiple states, but I call Colorado home. When I have time to myself, I have a myriad of things I enjoy such as trying a new hobbies and crafts, listening to music, watching tv and movies, traveling, playing videogames, spending time with family and friends. One of my favorite things is spending time with my cat Willow who was named after one of my favorite artist, Willow Smith. She keeps me busy with her high energy and cat-ittude.
